Send Payment Invoice Manually

Payment Invoice can be sent both automatically and manually through various channels, including Email, SMS, WhatsApp and the Spyn Connect app.

 How to Send a Invoice Manually:

  1. Navigate to the Completed/Pending Transactions section.
  2. Hover the mouse over the client you want to send an Invoice to.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand corner.
  4. Select the “Invoice” option.
  5. You’ll see three options: Download A4Print on 80mm, and Send.
  6. Click on Send.
  7.  Choose your preferred communication channel:
     • SMS (for Indian clients): A link to the Client’s CONNECT page will be sent, allowing them to download the PDF file.
     • Email: The invoice (PDF) will be sent to the client’s email.
     • CONNECT App: A notification will confirm the payment; tapping it will open their CONNECT app page.
     • WhatsApp (if integrated): The invoice (PDF) will be sent directly via WhatsApp.
  8. Once selected the communication channel then click on send. After that invoice will be sent to clients on selected channel.

Important Notes

  • If tax is enabled, the invoice will be labeled as a “Tax Invoice.”
  • To add a custom note to the invoice, go to:
    Settings > Invoice configuration > ‘Note in AcademyPro Invoice’ and enter your desired text.

Tips: You can also send Invoice to Multiple clients in Bulk by Selecting Clients under Pending/Completed Transaction page.
