1.Check In/Out Staff Attendance
On the Home Page, tap the CHECK IN button in the Staff Attendance card.
If location-tagging is enabled, your device’s GPS will detect and log your location along with the time.
If geo-fencing is configured, check-in will only be allowed when the staff member is within the defined radius of your center.
Once checked in, the Check Out option becomes available.
Admins can also see how many staff have checked in for the day.
2. View Attendance Records
Only admins or staff with permissions can view attendance for others.
To view records:
- Tap VIEW in the Staff Attendance card on the Home Page
or
Go to Staff > Attendance from the side menu. - Under the All tab, you’ll see a list of staff with Check-In/Out details.
- Tap a staff member’s name to view:
- Full attendance log
- Map Location of check-ins
- Present/Absent count
- Use the month selector to change the period or download Excel reports and summaries.
3. Mark Attendance for Other Staff
Admins can manually mark attendance for others.
Steps:
- Go to Staff Attendance > VIEW
- In the All tab:
- “IN” shows if the staff hasn’t checked in
- “OUT” shows if the staff hasn’t checked out
- Tap IN or OUT next to their name
- Enter:
- Time
- Center name
- Tap ADD to save
You can later edit this by tapping the staff name and viewing their attendance record.
4. Edit Attendance Records
To edit an entry:
- Go to Staff Attendance > VIEW
- Tap the staff member’s name
- Tap the ⋮ icon next to the specific record
- Select Edit
- Make your changes and save
