Send Bulk Message to plan subscribers

Keep your clients informed about scheduled changes, offers, or events by sending bulk messages. 

Steps to send a message to all subscribers of a plan: 

1. Navigate to Home > Quick Actions > Plan Menu. 
2. Hover over the plan and click the ‘⋮’ icon. 
3. Select Message. 
4. Choose the preferred platform (e.g., SMS, Email, WhatsApp). 
5. Enter a subject line. 
6. Type your message content. 
7. Click Send. 

All the active clients of the plan will receive the message via the desired channel. They will also be able to view the message on the CONNECT app.
