Keep your clients informed about scheduled changes, offers, or events by sending bulk messages.
Steps to send a message to all subscribers of a plan:
- Navigate to Home > Quick Actions > Plan Menu.
- Hover over the plan and click the ‘⋮’ icon.
- Select Message.
- Choose the preferred platform (e.g., SMS, Email, WhatsApp).
- Enter a subject line.
- Type your message content.
- Click Send.
All the active clients of the plan will receive the message via the desired channel. They will also be able to view the message on the CONNECT app.
