Assess multiple subscriber’s Performance in bulk 

Here’s a step-by-step guide to assess and share multiple subscribers performance plans or class-wise by entering their KPI scores: 

1. Navigate to Performance Report:
   • On the Home page, under Quick Actions, click on Performance Report. 
   • Then, click on Bulk Performance Assessment at the top right-hand side (R.H.S.). 
2. Select Performance Template:
   • From the drop-down menu that appears after clicking the assessment form, choose the appropriate performance template. 
3. Select Pack and Class:
   • Select the pack from the drop-down menu. 
   • Then, select the class option. Only the classes assigned to that plan will be shown. Choose the class from the drop-down menu. 
4. Select Students and Duration:
   • You can select all students or specific students whose performance needs to be assessed. If specific students are selected, their list will be shown, and the assessment form will appear after clicking Next. If all students are selected, the assessment form will be shown directly 
   • Also, select the duration for assessing performance. 
   • Click on Next. 
5. Rate KPIs: Select the KPIs and rate them according to the selected template’s rating system on the assessment form. You can also add a remark and up to 3 photos (if enabled in that template settings). 
6. Save and Send:
   • Click on Save and Send and then Done. 
   • The performance report will be generated and sent via email/SMS (if notifications are enabled and the email ID or mobile number is added)
