Evaluate and share your subscriber’s performance periodically by entering their KPI-scores.
To mark a subscriber’s performance
- Go to Home, click on “+” icon next to Performance. Alternatively, you can click on FAB icon on performance page.
- Select appropriate Performance Template from the drop down menu that appears on clicking assessment form.
- Select class and duration for marking performance.
- From the list of subscribers, select the “+” icon next to subscriber you want to evaluate.
- Select the KPIs and rate it on a scale of 0-10. You can also add a Remark and 3 photos.
- Click on Save
- Select the desired channel (Email, SMS, spyn app) to send performance report.
