This option allows you to control what parts of the academy’s data and features a system user can access.
You can customize:
- Which features/activities the system user can access
- Which centers and skills they have access to
For example, if your academy has multiple centers but you want to give access to only one, simply select that specific center during setup.
Access Levels:
a) Full Access – The user can view, edit, and perform all actions
b) View Details – The user can only view data but cannot make changes
c) No Access – The user cannot view or access that feature
