To view a client’s basic info, plans (upcoming, current, and past), transactions, and attendance, click on the client in the client section.
👤Info Tab
Shows personal details, notes, and guardian details of the clients, with options to edit details or add a guardian.
📅Plan Tab
Displays the client’s current, upcoming, and past plans.
Options available under the three-dot icon for each plan:
- Renew
- Edit
- Pause/Extend
- Cancel Subscription
💳Transactions Tab
Shows both pending and completed transactions.
You can:
- Send payment reminders
- Send receipts
- Receive payments
🗓️Attendance Tab
Displays attendance records based on plan and selected duration.
To view:
- Select the plan (e.g., Unlimited, 20 sessions)
- Select the duration to see total presents and absents (e.g., 10 | 1)
- You’ll see date, class, and status for each session
📈Performance Tab
Shows performance records plan-wise and duration-wise.
To view:
- Select the duration to see marked performance
- Click on the marked performance to view remarks
- You can also download the performance report as a PDF
- To edit, click on Edit at the top right-hand side
🧾Invoices
Displays item-wise invoices with Pending and Completed status.
🕓History
Shows the full action history for the client.
➕Add Multiple Subscription Plans for a Client
- On the Home page, select the Clients option under Quick Actions
- Click on the individual client
- Click on Add to another plan from the top right
spyn CONNECT App for Subscribers
Clients can view their plan details, transactions, attendance, performance report, and more via the spyn CONNECT app or website.
Instructions for Clients On Android or iOS devices:
- Download the app from the Play Store or App Store
- Open the app and click on ‘GET STARTED & ENTER CODE’
- Enter the verification code (sent via SMS/Email)
- New users – Sign up to create an account
- Existing users – Log in to spyn
On the Web:
- Visit connect.spyn.co
- Click on ‘GET STARTED & ENTER CODE’
- Enter the verification code
- New users – Sign up
- Existing users – Log in

You can easily share these instructions with your clients along with their verification code.
On the subscriber’s information page, click on ‘Send’ and select your desired channel (SMS, email, etc.).
