 Performance Template

Why Add a Performance Template?
Performance templates help you measure and track client progress in a clear and consistent way. They save time, reduce errors, and make reports easy to understand. Templates also help compare progress over time and support better training decisions.

1. Performance Template
Click on the plus (+) icon to create a new performance template.

2. Template Title *
Enter the name of the template for your reference.

3. Sub Title
Add a short description or purpose of the template.

4. Visible To
Choose which centers can see this template:

  • All – Visible to all centers.
  • Some – Select specific centers.

5. Select Rating System
Choose how to rate client performance:

  • Marks
    Assign marks out of a maximum score. Enter the min and max score (e.g., 0 to 10).
  • Grades
    Assign performance levels like Poor, Average, Good, Excellent. Add at least two grades, starting from the lowest.
  • Custom
    Create your own unit of measurement. Set grading rules and enable automatic grade assignment.
  • None
    No rating system used.

6. Select Client & Other Details to Show in Header
Choose what info to display in the report header:

  • Age
  • Attendance
  • Assessed On Date
  • Assessment Period
  • BMI, Height & Weight (Calculates and displays client’s BMI)
  • Gender
  • Level
  • Subscription Detail

7. Subtitle
Choose what info to display under Section and KPI:

  • Report Average Marks/Grade
  • Section Description
  • Section Average Marks/Grade
  • KPI Description
  • KPI Remarks
  • KPI Images

8. Display Progress and/or Comparison Chart
Select how to show client performance:

  • None (No chart shown)
  • Progress Chart (Shows client’s performance over time)
  • Comparison with Others (Shows best and average in class)
  • Both (Shows progress and class comparison)

9. Click on Next
Once all fields are filled, click Next to continue.

10. Section 1

Section Title *
Enter the title of this section (required).

Description
Write a description for this section (up to 2000 characters).

KPI * (e.g., Bat Speed)
Enter the Key Performance Indicator you will measure (required).

KPI Description
Write a description of this KPI (up to 2000 characters).

Remark
Enter a default remark that will automatically appear when assessing a client. You can change this remark during assessment (up to 10,000 characters).

Required
Mark if this section or KPI is mandatory.

Overall Remark
(Optional) Enter text here to prefill remarks for each client by default.

Remark
You can add another default remark here that appears automatically but can be changed during assessment.

11.Click on Add
Once you’ve filled all required fields, click Add to save the section.
