Over time, your enquiry list may grow and become cluttered. To keep it clean and manageable, you can delete enquiries that are no longer relevant or when someone is clearly not interested in joining.
Step-by-Step: Delete an Enquiry
1. Go to the Enquiry Page
From the 🏠Home page, navigate to Quick Actions and click on Enquiries.
2. Select the Enquirer
Locate the enquirer you want to remove from the list.
3. Click on the Three Dots Menu
On the right-hand side (RHS) of the selected enquiry, click the â‹® (three dots) icon.
4. Choose “Delete”
From the dropdown menu, click on Delete.
5. Confirm Deletion
A “Confirm Deletion” dialog box will appear.
To permanently delete the enquiry, type the word Delete as instructed.
6. Click the Delete Button
Finalize the action by clicking on the Delete button.
⚠️ Note
Once deleted, the enquiry cannot be recovered. Use this only for leads you’re sure will not convert.
