General Settings

Go to: Settings > Staff > Attendance
From this section, you can enable or disable options related to:

Enable assigning Home Center to clients

  • Turn this ON to assign a home center to clients when adding them.
  • Useful for filtering clients by center.

🔔 Important: If enabled, make sure to assign a center to each client.
Otherwise, they won’t be visible to users who have access to specific centers only.

CONNECT App

  • Enable this to display your business’s social media links inside the Spyn CONNECT app for clients.

Subscription Settings

Enable “Add to All Classes Under the Plan”

  • When adding a client, automatically enroll them into all classes within the selected plan.

Apply Discount by Default

Choose when to apply discount on subscriptions:

  • Before Tax – Discount is applied first, then tax is calculated.
  • After Tax – Tax is calculated first, then discount is applied.

Auto Extend End Date

  • Automatically extend the subscription end date when a session gets cancelled.

Auto-Renewal in Advance

  • Enable to auto-renew client subscriptions before they expire.
  • Applies to all subscriptions where Auto Renewal is already turned ON.

Plan Display on PRO Listing Page

Choose how you want to show plan pricing:

  1. Show Total Amount with Tax
    • The full price (including tax) is shown as one amount.
  2. Show Basic Amount and Tax Separately
    • The plan price is shown without tax, and the tax is listed below it.

Performance Assessment

  • Enable Age-Based Auto-Grading – Automatically grade performance based on the client’s age.
  • Enable Gender-Based Auto-Grading – Grade based on gender-specific criteria.

Currency Format

Decimal Places

  • Choose how many decimal places to show in Invoices and Expenses.
    → Usually set to 2 decimal places (e.g., ₹150.00)
