If You want to use your own Email Account to Email clients, Click ON the toggle button.
To set this up, enter the following information:
Required Information
- Name to send emails as – Your name or business name (e.g., “ABC Fitness Studio”)
- Email address to send from – Your business email (e.g., info@abcfitness.com)
Server Settings
You’ll also need your email server details. If you don’t have them, your IT team or email provider can help you.
- SMTP Server address – e.g., smtp.gmail.com or smtp.yourdomain.com
- Port – Common options: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
- Encryption – Choose one: SSL, TLS, or None (use SSL/TLS for security)
- Username – Usually your full email address
- Password – The password for your email or SMTP access
⚠️ Note: Make sure you’re using an email service that supports sending bulk emails. Personal Gmail accounts don’t allow this and may mark your messages as spam.
Signature and Footer
You can customize your email signature and footer. This gives your emails a professional touch.
Signature Ideas:
- Your logo
- Your name and title (e.g., Jane, Studio Manager)
Footer Ideas:
A closing message like “Warm regards” or “Thanks!”
Business address
Social media links
When using Spyn to email clients or staff, you can choose to include a note or disclaimer at the bottom of each email.
