When marking a client absent, AcademyPRO gives you control over how it affects their limited session plan

Choose how you want the system to handle session deduction:

1. Ask Every Time
   You’ll be prompted each time whether to deduct a session or not.
2. Always Deduct 1 Session
   System will automatically deduct 1 session when the client is marked absent.
3. Never Deduct a Session
   System will not deduct any session for absences.

How to Set It

1. Go to Settings > Attendance> Client Attendance.
2. Choose your preferred option under “On marking absent…”.
3. Save changes.
