Need to cancel a session due to unforeseen events or scheduling conflicts? With spynPRO, you can cancel individual classes quickly—while keeping your students informed and giving them the option to book a makeup session.
1. Go to Class Schedule
From the Home page, navigate to Quick Actions and select Class Schedule to view all upcoming sessions.
2. Find the Class to Cancel
Locate the session you want to cancel.
3. Click the Options Menu
Click the ⋮ (three dots) next to the class.
4. Select Cancel
Choose Cancel from the dropdown menu.
5. Choose a Cancellation Option
You’ll see two options:
- No Makeup Session
Select this if you’re not planning to reschedule or offer a replacement session. - Offer Makeup Session
Choose this to allow students to book a replacement class at a later date.
6. Notify Your Students
Choose how you want to inform students about the cancellation:
- In-app notification
This ensures everyone stays updated about the canceled session.
7. Click Done
Confirm your choice by clicking Done. The class is now cancelled, and all enrolled students will be notified based on your selected method.
