Cancel a Class

1. From the Home page, navigate to Quick Actions and select Class Schedule to view your list of upcoming classes.
2. Find the class you want to cancel, click the ⋮ (three dots) next to it, and choose Cancel.
3. You’ll be prompted with two cancellation options:
   1. No Makeup Session: Choose this if you’re not offering a makeup class.
   2. Offer Makeup Session: Select this to allow students to book a replacement class at a later date.
4. Notify your students about the cancellation by selecting the preferred communication platform (e.g., email, WhatsApp, or app notification).
5. Once you’re ready, click Done to finalize the cancellation.

The class will now be cancelled, and your students will receive an update accordingly.
