Add an Enquiry to Junk (Archive)

Over time, some enquiries may go cold or lose interest. Instead of deleting them, you can move them to Junk to keep your main enquiry list focused and clutter-free. Junked enquiries are archived and can be restored later if needed.

Step-by-Step: Move an Enquiry to Junk

1. Go to the Enquiry Page
From the 🏠 Home page, navigate to Quick Actions and click on Enquiries.

2. Select the Enquiry
Find the enquiry you want to archive as junk.

3. Click the Three Dots Icon (⋮)
On the right-hand side of the enquiry, click the ⋮ (three dots) icon.

4. Click on “Junk”
From the dropdown menu, select Junk.

📂 View Junk Enquiries
All junked enquiries are moved to the Junk tab on the Enquiries page.
This keeps your main list clean while preserving old data for future reference.

🔁 Unarchive (Restore) a Junk Enquiry

1. Go to the Junk tab on the Enquiries page.
2. Locate the enquiry you want to bring back.
3. Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon on the right.
4. Select “Unarchive” to restore the enquiry to your active list.

💡 Tip
Use the Junk feature instead of deleting when:

  • A lead has gone cold but might re-engage later.
  • You want to retain enquiry history without cluttering your active list.
