You can save time by adding multiple clients at once — provided they have the same plan, classes, and start date.

There are two ways to add multiple clients:
Step 1: Access the Client Import Tool
On the Home page, click on the Clients option under Quick Actions.
In the Client Listing page, click on Add Multiple Clients located at the top right.
Step 2: Choose Import Method
There are two options to add multiple clients:
a) Using a CSV File
You can add new clients by uploading a CSV file.
- Download the sample CSV file.
- Fill in client details (e.g., full name, plan, session, etc.).
- Upload the updated file using the Upload option.
b) Using Bulk Select (for existing clients)
You can add existing contacts in bulk:
- Select Plan
- Select Class – Choose one or more classes under the selected plan.
- Plan Start Date* – Set the start date for all selected clients.
- Invoicing Date* – You can edit this date as needed.
- One-Time Plan (Optional) – Add one-time charges like registration fees.
- Tax (Optional) – Choose and apply a tax rate.
To manage tax settings: go to Settings > Configuration > Tax Rates. - Discount (Optional) – Enter a discount amount (e.g., 150 for ₹150 off).
Step 3: Click Next, then:
- Select clients from your contact list.
- Click Add to finalize.
You can edit individual clients later to update personal info like guardian details.
Client Notifications & Access
- A welcome email is sent automatically if enabled under Settings > Client Notifications.
- Clients get a download link to the mobile app: getapp.spyn.co
- A connect code is also sent via SMS or email.
Mobile App: Clients use the code to log in and view plans, transactions, messages, and reports.
Desktop: Clients can go to the CONNECT page , enter their code, and set up their account.
