Add your colleagues as system users to spyn PRO and enable access as per their role.
- Navigate to the staff page: Click on Staff > list and click on “+” icon from the staff listing page.
- Staff Email ID: Enter staff email id, So they will receive an invitation.
- Select Role:
- Admin: Full access, including adding other staff.
- Staff: Set access levels (No access, View only, Full access) for features like Pending Transactions, Enquiries, etc.
There are 2 Staff Categories:- Staff Role: Add roles via Settings > Staff Role. These appear in a dropdown for selection.
- Custom Role: Set access levels for each feature.
- Select User Access Rights: Assign access to specific centers and skills or all centers and skills.
- Enter Employee ID and Designation if required and select reporting manager.
- Assigning Salary: Assign salary to staff as per below Types.
- Fixed Salary: Monthly fixed amount.
- Based on Days Present: Salary = Daily rate x Days present.
- Based on Sessions Present: Salary = Rate per session x Sessions present.
- Checked-in Hours: Salary = Hourly rate x Hours checked-in.
- Revenue-Based: A percentage of the revenue generated by the staff through sessions.
Formula: Monthly Salary = Share percentage x Sum all (a client all sessions in that month x per session cost
Click on Invite: The invitation link is sent to the email ID, allowing the staff to sign up.
Note: When considering staff limits, only the count of active staff and invited staff is taken into account. Deactivated staff members are not included in this count. This ensures that your staff limit accurately reflects the number of staff currently engaged with the academy. A staff will only be able to download details of the features he has been given access to. He can not add a new system user nor can overwrite his rights to the app.
