You can set up a Late Fee to be added automatically when a client misses a payment deadline.
How It Works:
- When a client doesn’t pay by the due date, the system will add a late fee to their invoice.
- You decide how much to charge and when to start charging.
Settings You Can Configure:
- Late Fee Amount
- Set a fixed amount (e.g., ₹100)
- You can choose to charge a late fee for each day the payment is delayed — up to a maximum amount.
- Or set a percentage of plan Amount (e.g., 5%)
- The late fee is levied at night on the due date.
- This means clients have until the end of the due date to make the payment and avoid the fee.
