Use the Banner Message feature in AcademyPRO to display important announcements at the top of the Home page in both the CONNECT and PRO apps.
- The banner appears at the top of the app’s Home screen for all selected users (clients and/or staff).
- Ideal for sharing urgent updates, events, holidays, policy changes, or links.
- You can optionally add a clickable button with a link.
How to Set It Up
- Go to Settings > Banner Message >Enable spynPro or spyn connect Button.
- In the Staff Message field, enter your message (up to 160 characters).
- Example: “Gym will be closed on 15 Aug for Independence Day.”
- (Optional) Enable Show a clickable button:
- Button Label: A short call-to-action (e.g., “View” or “Register”) – max 20 characters.
- Button URL: Add a valid web link.
Set Visibility Period
You can control when the banner appears:
- Show from: Select a start date.
- Show up to: Select an end date.
- Leave both blank if you want the message to display continuously.
