Add Subscription Plan

Subscription plan are recurring plans such as Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly that clients can buy to enroll in classes. These may be called as fees or packages. A client may enroll in 1 or more classes upon purchasing a plan from the classes assigned to this plan.

To Add a Subscription Plan

  1. On the  Home page, click the ➕ icon located next to Plans in Quick Actions
  2. Enter Basic details
    • Plan Title such as Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
    • Duration of the plan – Specify the length of the plan (e.g., 3 days, 1 week, 3 months, 1 year). You can select units in days, weeks, months, or years.
    • Plan amount – Enter the fee amount. If a default tax rate is set in your settings, you’ll see options to apply tax (‘With Tax’ or ‘Without Tax’). If you select without tax, the amount payable would be the amount entered + the tax rate entered in Settings.
  3. Enable payment in installment (Optional)
If you allow partial payment, you can specify the installment amount along with the number of installments. At the time of adding a client to this plan, these values will be used as default. You will be allowed to change this value or collect in full.
  4. Session Management (Optional)
Next, if you wish to set a limit on the number of sessions available to the client, toggle on ‘Limited Sessions’ and enter the maximum number of sessions they can attend (e.g., 10 sessions in one month). While marking their attendance, you’ll be able to see how many sessions they have completed so far.
  5. Due Date (Optional)

You can change the due date while adding a client subscription.
  6. Renewal Settings
If you want the clients on this plan to be automatically renewed at the end of their subscription, enable the ‘Auto-renew’ option. Clients enrolled in this plan will have auto-renew on unless you manually turn it off for their subscription. If you selected limited sessions above, you can choose to renew either on the last date of the subscription or on the day they used their last session, whichever comes first.
  7. Makeup Sessions
Enable if clients can attend alternative classes for missed sessions.
Set a maximum number of makeup sessions a client can avail under this plan. You are provided an option to give a makeup session while marking attendance if enabled here.
You can allow the clients to join classes for makeup based on your requirement:
    • Classes the client is enrolled in – They can attend a makeup session in the specific classes they are currently enrolled in.
    • Classes assigned to the plan they are in – They can attend a makeup session in the classes that are assigned to this plan even if they are not enrolled in the class.
    • All visible classes – They can attend a makeup session from all visible classes.
If enabled in Settings, the clients can themselves choose the class they would like to attend on the Connect app.
  8. Plan Visibility:

    • Clients of that plan – only your logged-in clients can see the plan details on the spyn CONNECT page/app.

    • Specific Date: Manually set 1 or more start dates for clients to select from.
