Add Videos

1. Access the Video Upload Section

    On the Home page, click the + icon next to Videos in the Quick Actions section.

    2. Set Video Visibility
    Choose from the following options:

    • Everyone
      All staff and clients will have access to view the video.
    • Restricted
      • Staff:
        • Role-Based Staff: All staff members, including admins and those assigned specific roles, will have access to the video.
        • Admin Only: Only admins will have access; regular staff will not.
      • Clients:
        • All: All clients will have access to the video.
        • Selected: Only specified recipients from particular plans, classes, or individual clients will be able to view the video.
        • None: Clients will not have access to the video.

    3. Choose a Skill
    Select a skill from the dropdown menu. To add a new skill, navigate to Settings.

    4. Select a Level
    Choose a level from the dropdown menu. To add a new level, go to Settings.

    5. Select Live Stream Option
    Indicate whether the video will be a live stream by selecting YES or NO as required.

    6. Set Availability Dates
    Enter the From and Up To dates for the video’s availability to staff and clients.

    7. Creator Information
    The name of the staff member who is uploading the video will be displayed.

    8. Link Details

    • YouTube Videos: Only links to YouTube videos can be added.
    • Other App Videos: Links from other platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram, can also be included.

    9. Add Tags
    You can add multiple tags to categorize the video for easier searching and organization.
