Send Payment Receipts Manually

Payment receipts can be sent automatically and manually via Email, SMS and spyn app.

MULTIPLE CLIENTS

  1. On the Homepage, under Quick Actions, click on Completed Transactions tab.
  2. Select the clients you wish to send the completed transaction receipt to.
  3. Once all clients are selected, click on the ACTION button.
  4. From the dropdown, press Send Receipt.
  5. Thereafter, Send Bulk Receipt dialog box will open. Proceed to select the channel via which you wish to send this receipt to them- SMS, Email, Notification.
  6. Finally, click on SEND.

SINGLE CLIENTS

  1. On the Homepage, under Quick Actions, click on Completed Transactions tab.
  2. Select the client you wish to send the completed transaction receipt to.
  3. Once all clients are selected, click on the ACTION button.
  4. From the dropdown, press Send Receipt.
  5. Thereafter, Send Bulk Receipt dialog box will open. Proceed to select the channel via which you wish to send this receipt to them- SMS, Email, Notification.
  6. Finally, click on SEND.
