Payment receipts can be sent automatically and manually via Email, SMS and spyn app.
MULTIPLE CLIENTS
- On the Homepage, under Quick Actions, click on Completed Transactions tab.
- Select the clients you wish to send the completed transaction receipt to.
- Once all clients are selected, click on the ACTION button.
- From the dropdown, press Send Receipt.
- Thereafter, Send Bulk Receipt dialog box will open. Proceed to select the channel via which you wish to send this receipt to them- SMS, Email, Notification.
- Finally, click on SEND.
SINGLE CLIENTS
- On the Homepage, under Quick Actions, click on Completed Transactions tab.
- Select the client you wish to send the completed transaction receipt to.
- Once all clients are selected, click on the ACTION button.
- From the dropdown, press Send Receipt.
- Thereafter, Send Bulk Receipt dialog box will open. Proceed to select the channel via which you wish to send this receipt to them- SMS, Email, Notification.
- Finally, click on SEND.
