Renew the client’s plan manually. You may change the plan, class, and start date.
Edit client’s plan selection, classes allowed, discount, and start date. The plan can be edited only if the payment is pending.
Pause/ Extend subscription if the client is taking a break. You may extend the end date to compensate for the break.
Stop subscription if the client wishes to discontinue mid-way, not coming/attending any session or disable their auto-renewal at the end of the subscription.
Cancel subscription if a client was incorrectly subscribed to a plan.
Find these actions : Home Page > Quick Actions > Clients > Selected Client > Plan > Selected Plan
Renew Plan
- Click on the Renew icon.
- Then, the Plan Renewal page will open with plan, class, start date, invoice no. and discount pre-filled as per last subscription schedule.
- You can make changes to it if desired and finally click on RENEW.
Edit Plan
You can edit the selected plan by making changes to the number of classes allowed, discount, start date, payment type, add a one-time plan, etc.
If you make a change in the discount amount it will result in an automatic recalculation of the pending amount.
- On the dropdown under ⋮ option, click on Edit subscription to open Plan page for changes.
- Make the necessary changes and then click on SAVE.
Pause / Extend Plan
This option is useful in cases when a client can’t attend sessions for some time, say due to an injury.
You can Pause their subscription for the said period and optionally Extend their subscription by 10 days to make adjustments.
- Click on the Pause/Extend icon
- The Plan page will open with an option to set the Pause duration. Set the Start and End date for the same.
- Assign an Extend date for the plan, i.e. a revised end date. (optional)
- Mandatorily mention a Reason for future reference.
- Click on PAUSE/EXTEND to save changes.
Stop plan
You can use this option if a client discontinues their class midway or when they don’t want the plan to auto-renew.
On stopping them, they won’t be renewed automatically even if auto-renewal is enabled in settings. Their name will be removed from the Renewals list.
However, their details will still be available in the Client list.
- Click on the Stop icon.
- On the Stop Plan page, set the Plan Stop Date to the date from when a client does not wish to continue.
- Set the Plan Stop Date to the End Date if a client does not wish to their plan to auto-renew for the next cycle.
- Enter Revised fees if desired. The pending amount will recalculate automatically.
- Mandatorily mention a Reason for future reference.
Cancel Subscription Plan
Cancel a client’s subscription when they are assigned an incorrect plan or if they are auto-renewed incorrectly.
- On the dropdown under ⋮ option, click on Cancel subscription.
- On the Cancel Subscription page, check the pending fee along with fee details.
- Toggle and enter any amount to levy cancellation charges, if desired.
- Mandatorily mention a Reason for future reference.
When a client cancels the plans, they are not liable to pay the fee. If you wish to exact some charges, enter cancellation fees.
Ex. if a client wants to cancel their subscription to a plan of Rs.1000. You can have a cancellation charge of Rs 200.
The pending amount will then change from Rs.1000 to Rs.200.
