The Items Transactions Report tracks every item invoice created by your staff.
Step 1: Find the Report
- Go to the Home screen.
- Navigate to Reports in the menu.
- Select Items Transactions Report.
Understanding Created Invoices
- Name & Email: Shows which student or client the invoice was created for.
- Items: Displays the specific item being billed (e.g., “new item 44”).
- Invoice Number & Date: Provides the unique record number and the exact time the staff created the bill.
- Payment Mode: Shows how the client paid for the item, such as Cash, UPI, or Card.
- Amount: The total price of the items on that invoice.
- Received By: Shows the name of the staff member who created the invoice and collected the payment (e.g., “Sam”).
Filtering the List
Use the filter box at the top to find specific bills:
- Duration: View invoices created “This month,” “Next Month,” “Last Month,” or for a custom date range.
- Payment mode: Filter to see only cash transactions or online payments etc.
