How to Add or Edit a Facility in Booking Pro

Adding a facility (like a football turf or court) in Booking Pro is easy. Just follow the steps below to complete the facility form.

Step 1: Open Facility Form

Go to Facilities in your Booking Pro.
Alternatively, go to Home → click on Booking Tab → under Quick Action click on Facilities.
To add a new facility, click the ➕ Plus icon.

Step 2: Enter Facility Details

Field What to Enter 
Facility Title Name of your facility. E.g. “Football Turf”, “Badminton Court A” 
Number of Facilities How many identical units you have with the same rate & timing. E.g. Enter “2” if you have two identical football turfs. 
Select Skill Choose the skill/sport the facility is used for. E.g. Football, Cricket, Badminton 
Select Center If you manage multiple locations, select the correct center for this facility. 
Mobile & Email Contact details for bookings or customer inquiries. 
Is Advance Payment Required? Select Yes or No depending on whether you want users to pay in advance for online bookings. 
Allow Partial Payment If selected, customers can pay only part of the amount upfront. Useful for high-value bookings. 
Add Image Upload up to 4 images of your facility. Minimum size: 1280px x 720px. High-quality images help increase bookings. 
Description Write a short summary of the facility, its features, and offerings. 
Rules Add any specific rules or policies related to using the facility. E.g. “Non-marking shoes only”, “No food allowed on turf” 

Step 3: Set Slot Duration & Booking Limits

  • Slot Duration (e.g., 30 mins)
  • Minimum Slots per booking (e.g., 2)
  • Maximum Slots per booking (e.g., 5)
  • Click Next.

⚙️ Step 4: Facility Configuration

In this step, you define how many facilities can be booked in one transaction and optionally offer discounts for multiple bookings.

🔍 Why this matters:
If you have more than one facility (e.g., multiple football turfs), you may want to allow group bookings for larger teams—while still controlling the maximum number of facilities a client can reserve at once.

Example:
If you have 6 turfs and want to allow a maximum of 3 to be booked per transaction, set Max Facilities per Transaction = 3.

Configuration Fields:

  • Configuration Title* – Label for this rule (e.g., “Team Booking Offer”)
  • No. of Facilities – Minimum number of facilities needed to apply the rule
  • Discount % – Optional discount for booking this many facilities

➕ Click Add More Configuration to set different combinations
💡 Use this to offer team discounts or limit large group bookings to ensure fair availability.
→ Click Next to continue

Step 5: Enable Online Booking & Booking Window

  • Toggle Enable Online Booking to let clients book & pay online.
  • Set Booking Opens (how early booking starts before slot, e.g., 1 day).
  • Set Booking Closes (how late booking can be made before slot, e.g., 30 mins).
  • Click Next.

Step 6: Add Rates & Timing

Regular Timings:

  • Click Add Regular Timing.
  • Enter days, time ranges, and rates.
  • You can add multiple regular timings (e.g., weekdays and weekends).

Example:

  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM @ ₹800/slot
  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM @ ₹1000/slot

Closed Timings (optional) – Set unavailable periods or days.
Special Timings (optional) – Set special dates with different rates or availability.
Click Next or Save.

Step 7: Set Daywise Rates (Detailed Pricing)

  • Define rates for each day and time block.
  • Set Effective From and optional Upto dates for scheduling rates.

Example:

  • Mon–Fri: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM = ₹800/slot
  • Mon–Fri: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM = ₹1000/slot

Add multiple entries per day as needed.

Step 8: Review & Save Facility

  • Review all settings.
  • Click Save to finalize your facility setup.
  • If editing, any changes will update immediately.

Pro Tips

  • Use clear facility titles and descriptions.
  • Upload quality images for better customer appeal.
  • Set realistic booking windows.
  • Use the Daywise Rates and Special Timings to handle seasonal or holiday pricing.
  • Regularly review and update your facility info to keep bookings smooth.
