Activate/Deactivate Class

If you no longer conduct a particular class, you can deactivate it to make it unavailable for enrollment. Once deactivated, the class will not be visible on the spynCONNECT page and will not be available for new subscribers. Clients already added to the class will not have their subscriptions auto-renewed when they expire. 

You can reactivate a deactivated class whenever you resume conducting it for your academy. 

Class Deactivation

1. On the Home Page, under Quick Actions, click on the Classes menu to open the class details page. 
2. Move the cursor over the class you want to deactivate and click on the ⋮ icon. 
3. Select Deactivate Class from the dropdown list. 
4. Press YES on the dialog box to confirm. 
5. The selected class is now deactivated and will be visible under the Inactive tab. 

Class Activation

1. On the Home Page, under Quick Actions, click on the Classes menu to open the class details page. 
2. Click on the Inactive tab to bring up all the deactivated classes. 
3. Move the cursor over the class you want to activate and click on the ⋮ icon. 
4. Select Activate Class from the dropdown list. 
5. Press YES on the dialog box to confirm. 
6. The selected class is now activated and will be visible under the Active tab.
