👥 Managing Clients in Bookings Pro
The Clients page shows a list of all active clients along with their current subscription and billing details.
Each row displays key information to help you manage and follow up efficiently:
Column | Description |

Name | Client’s full name |
Package | Active subscription or plan |
Credits Bal. | Remaining session credits (if applicable) |
Bookings | Total number of current or past bookings |
Receivable | Outstanding amount due from the client |
Use the Search bar to quickly find a client by name.
đź’ˇ Click on a client’s name to view or edit their full profile, check payment history, subscriptions, and communication logs.
â‹® More Actions (Three-Dot Menu) on Client
Click the three-dot icon (â‹®) next to any client to quickly perform important actions:
Available Options:
- Edit Profile – Update the client’s personal or contact details
- Send App Link & Code – Share the login link and unique code to access the client app (CONNECT)
- Assign Tag – Add or manage tags for better segmentation (e.g., “Premium”, “Trial”)
- Delete Client – Remove the client from your database (use with caution)
