How to Manage Bookings in Booking Pro
The Bookings section helps you track and manage all client bookings — including slot details, payments, and actions like sending reminders or making edits.
🗂️ Booking Tabs Overview
You’ll see three tabs at the top of the Bookings page:
Today – View all bookings scheduled for the current day
Upcoming – See future bookings (sorted by date)
All – Access the full history of all past and future bookings
Each booking row displays key information:
Field | Description |
Name | Client’s name (hover to see more actions) |
Facility | The facility booked (e.g. Football Turf 1) |
Slots | Time slot booked (e.g. 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM) |
Amount | Total amount payable for the booking |
Pending | Amount still unpaid, if any |

How to Delete (Cancel) a Booking in Booking Pro
If a client cancels or you need to remove a booking, you can do so directly from the Bookings section.
Deleting a Booking
- Go to the Bookings section (Today / Upcoming / All).
- Find the booking you want to delete.
- Click the three dots (⋮) at the end of the booking row.
- Select Delete.
A confirmation screen will appear showing the booking details:
- Facility: Cricket
- Date & Time: 13 Jul 2025, 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Booking Amount: ₹1,500.00
- Cancellation Charges: ₹0 (by default, unless you’ve configured penalties)
- Subtotal: ₹1,500.00 (amount eligible for refund or adjustment)
- Confirm deletion by clicking Delete Booking.
💸 What Happens After Deleting a Booking?
If no payment was made, the booking is simply removed.
If payment was made, and cancellation charges are ₹0:
The entire amount is refunded to the client’s credit balance (if supported).
Or you can manually refund or adjust it based on your policy.
⚠️ Note: Always confirm if the booking was prepaid before deleting. Refunds and credit adjustments are manual unless auto-credit/refund logic is enabled.
How to Update Payment for a Booking in Booking Pro
When a client pays after booking — either online or offline — you can manually update the payment to keep your records accurate. This also allows you to send a receipt via SMS, email, or the Connect app.
Update Payment
1.Go to the Bookings section.
2.Hover over the client’s name in the booking list.
3.Click Update Payment.
You’ll see the payment update screen with the booking details:
📝 Fill Out the Payment Details
Field | What to Enter |
Amount* | Enter the amount paid (full or partial). E.g. ₹1500.00 |
Mode* | Select how the client paid (Cash, UPI, Card, Bank Transfer, etc.) |
Paid On Date* | The actual date/time when the client made the payment |
Note (Internal Use) | Add any remarks (e.g. “Paid after session”, “UPI Ref: 12345”) – only visible to admins |
📤 Send Receipt to Client
Choose where to send the receipt:
- SMS
- Connect App Notification
- WhatsApp (if integrated)
You can select one or more channels depending on client preference and availability.
✅ Final Step: Save Payment
Click Update to record the payment.
The booking will now show as Paid or Partially Paid, depending on the amount entered.
