The Business Metrics Dashboard in SpynPRO is a powerful visual tool that helps you monitor your organizationโs overall health. It brings together key performance indicators (KPIs), real-time metrics, and essential data points โ enabling faster, data-driven decisions.
By default, the dashboard shows todayโs data, but you can use the duration dropdown to select a specific date or range.
๐งฎ Key Metric Cards
The dashboard includes five core metric cards, each offering a snapshot of daily operations:
1. ๐ฅ Clients
Track all clients and subscription-related metrics:
| Metric | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Active Subscriptions | Total number of subscriptions active on the selected date (includes duplicates if a student has more than one). |
| Active Clients | Students currently enrolled and participating. |
| Newly Joined | Students whose first subscription starts on the selected date. |
| Newly Added | Students added to the system on the selected date (joining date may be different). |
| Renewed | Subscriptions renewed yesterday, where the start date of the renewal is today. |
| Not Renewed | Subscriptions that ended yesterday and have not been renewed. |
| Stopped | Students whose subscriptions were stopped. |
| Churn Rate | Percentage of clients lost on the selected day. |
Churn Rate Formula:
Let:
- A = Students not renewed
- B = Students who stopped
- C = Total students in the selected period + day before
A = Total no. of clients in the selected period that weren’t renewed
B = Total no. of clients who stopped their subscription
C = Total no. of clients during the selected period incl a day before
Churn rate % = ((A + B) / C) ร 100%
= ((0 + 0) / 0) ร 100%
= 0.00%
2. ๐ Enquiry
Understand how effectively you’re converting new leads:

| New Enquiries | Leads received on the selected date. |
| Conversion Rate | How many leads turned into paying clients. |
| Trials | This metric shows you how many students attended a trial session out of the total who registered for one. |
Conversion Rate Formula:
A = No. of leads converted to clients
B = Total leads
Conversion Rate % = (A / B) ร 100%
= (0 / 0) ร 100%
= 0.00%
3. ๐ฆ Revenue
Get a quick summary of your financial performance:

| Income | Total revenue received, including Subscriptions, Bookings, and manual entries in the Expenses module. |
| Expense | Total business costs โ e.g., rent, salaries, subscriptions โ entered in the Expenses module. |
| Net Income | Income minus Expenses. |
| MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) | Projected monthly revenue based on current subscriptions. |
MRR Calculation Example:
- 3 clients on $100 monthly plans โ $300
- 2 clients on $270 quarterly plans โ $270 ร 2 รท 3 = $180
- 1 client on $900 annual plan โ $900 รท 12 = $75
MRR=300+180+75=$555\text{MRR} = 300 + 180 + 75 = \$555MRR=300+180+75=$555
Only clients active on the selected date are included.
4. ๐ณ Transactions
Manage invoices and payments:

| Total Invoice Amount | Value of all invoices generated on the selected date (regardless of payment status). |
| Payment Received | Total amount received (cash, online, bank transfer), regardless of invoice date. |
| Cash Received | Payments received in cash only. |
5. ๐ Attendance
Monitor class participation and staff activity:

| Students Present | Based on attendance in each session. |
| Students Present % | = (Present Students / Total Marked) ร 100. Example: (95 / 126) ร 100 = 75.40% |
| Staff Present | Number of staff members marked present. |
