How to Invite Clients to Complete Their Profile
You can easily invite clients to complete their profile by following the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Clients
- Go to Clients from the main menu.
- Find the client you want to invite.
- Click on the Overflow Icon (⋮) next to the client’s name.
Step 2: Send Invitation
- Click on Send.
- Select Invite to Complete Profile.
Step 3: Choose Communication Channel
- Select the channel(s) through which you want to send the invitation (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, SMS).
- Confirm and send the invitation.
Step 4: Client Action
Click Save to complete the profile.
The student/client will receive the message.
They need to click on Update Profile.
Fill in the required details.
