Academy PRO allows you to track staff attendance more accurately by using GPS-based check-in and check-out. You can ensure staff can only mark attendance when they are physically present at the center.
How It Works
You can enable two powerful options to manage staff check-ins:
1. Tag Staff Location at Check-in/Check-out
- When enabled, the app will record the GPS location of the staff every time they check in or out.
- Helps you verify attendance and monitor location compliance.
2. Restrict Check-in to Center Location
- Prevents staff from checking in outside the center’s set radius.
- Staff will only be allowed to check in when they are physically present within the allowed distance from the registered center address.
Set Radius for Check-in
- You can define the maximum allowed distance from the center for check-in/out.
- Example:
Set radius to: 50 meters
How to Enable
- Go to Settings > Staff Attendance.
- Enable:
- Tag staff location on check-in/out
- Restrict check-in to center
- Set the maximum radius (e.g., 50 meters).
- Save settings.
