Enquiries 

📞 Managing Enquiries in Bookings Pro 

The Enquiries section helps you track new leads and potential clients. You can categorize enquiries as: 

  • Leads – Active prospects 
  • Closed – Successfully converted 
  • Junk – Invalid or disqualified leads 

➕ Adding a New Enquiry 

To add a new enquiry: 

  1. Click the Add Enquiry button 
  2. A form will appear with the following sections: 

👤 Personal Details 

  • Name
  • Gender (Select from dropdown) 
  • Birthday (Optional) 
  • Email 
  • Mobile (India +91 by default) 
  • Alternate Mobile 
  • Address 

🏋️ Facility Details 

  • Facility* (Select the service/class the client is interested in) 
  • Booking Date (e.g., 10 Jul 2025) 
  • Slot From Time & Slot Upto Time 
  • Managed By (Assign staff, e.g., Leena) 
  • Status
    Here’s what each status means: 

          🔥 Hot – Qualified and ready to join soon. High intent.  

          🌤️ Warm – Some interest, but still deciding. Needs nurturing. 

           ❄️ Cold – Low or no current interest. May require more follow-up or education. 

           ⏳ Waitlist – No slots available now, but the client is interested. Add them to the waitlist in case a spot opens up. 

💡 Tip: Use these statuses to prioritize your follow-ups and track conversion progress more efficiently. 

  • Follow-up Date & Time 
  • Note – Add internal comments 
  • Tag – Add labels for easy filtering (e.g., “Trial”, “Referral”) 

Click Add to save the enquiry. 

💡 Tip: Use follow-up fields to stay on top of lead conversion and ensure timely outreach. 

  • 🖱️ Quick Actions on Hover 

When you hover over an enquiry on the Enquiries page, you’ll see helpful action icons to quickly manage the lead without opening the full form. 

Available Quick Actions: 

  • Book – Instantly create a booking for the client from their enquiry 
  •  Comments – Add or view internal comments related to the lead 

💡 Use Book when a lead is ready to convert, and Comments to log call notes, updates, or follow-ups for your team. 

These shortcuts make it faster to respond to leads and collaborate with your team effectively. 

⋮ More Actions (Three-Dot Menu) on Enquiry 

Click the three-dot icon (⋮) on any enquiry to access more options for managing leads efficiently. 

Available Actions: 

  •  Edit – Update the enquiry details 
  • Change Type – Change the lead status to Hot, Warm, Cold, or Waitlist 
  • ️ Assign Tags – Add or update tags to categorize the enquiry (e.g., “Trial”, “Urgent”) 
  • Send Message – Send a message via: 
  • Email 
  • WhatsApp 
  • Connect App Notification 
  •  Mark as Junk – Move invalid leads to the Junk list 
  • ️ Delete – Permanently remove the enquiry 

💡 Use tags and statuses to stay organized and follow up with the right priority.
