đź’ł Managing Transactions in Bookings Pro

Keep track of all your payments—pending or completed—right from the Transactions page in Bookings Pro.

What You’ll See on the Transactions page

Go to Transactions in your Booking Pro.
Alternatively, go to Home → click on Booking Tab → under Quick Action click on Transactions.

The Transactions page gives you a detailed overview of all client invoices.
Transactions are categorized into:

  • Pending – Payments that are due or partially paid
  • Completed – Payments that are fully settled

This makes it easy to spot which payments need follow-up.

Pending Transactions

ColumnDescription

ItemsServices included in the invoice
Due DateThe expected payment date
AmountTotal amount billed

⚡ Quick Actions on Hover

When you hover over a client’s name, two helpful action icons appear:

1) Send Reminder

  • SMS
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • CONNECT App Notification

2) Update a Payment & Send Receipt

  • Go to Transactions > Pending
  • Hover over the client’s name
  • Click the Update Payment icon

Fill in:

  • Amount (e.g., ₹1,500)
  • Mode (Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque etc.)
  • Paid On Date
  • Note (optional, internal use only)

Send Receipt Via:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • CONNECT App
  • WhatsApp

Select one or more channels before submitting.
Click Update to save and notify the client.

More Options via the Three-Dot Menu

Click the three-dot icon (â‹®) on the right side of a transaction row to access more options:

  • Write Off Invoice – Mark the invoice as uncollectible
  • Download Invoice – Save or share a PDF copy of the invoice

Use these options for special cases, records, or client follow-ups.

🔍 Completed Transaction

Each entry shows:

  • Name – Client’s name
  • Item – Plan or service (e.g., Spyn_231011752122995)
  • Paid – Amount received
  • Amount – Total invoice value

Click the three-dot icon (â‹®) next to any transaction to:

  • Edit Receipt
  • Delete Transaction
  • Send Invoice
  • Download Invoice (PDF)
