- It can be customized as whom to send message
- You can send message via sms/email or spyn app and can also select all the three options

- You can add a note for new subscriber which will be sent via email on adding them
- You can also add a note in invoice which will be sent via email on adding subscriber
Action when automated messages are sent to subscribers
You may decide to send automated messages to subscribers along with the desired channel (Email, SMS, spyn app notification) on the following actions
Add Subscriber
A welcome email is sent on adding new or existing subscriber to a plan.
Send Payment Reminder
Set your default channel settings here. Whenever you send manually, these will be selected by default.Click here to send payment reminders automatically. You can preview the reminder that will be sent while enabling this option.
Mark Absent
A message is sent to subscriber when they are marked absent.
Mark Reserve
A messgae is sent to subscriber when the owner reserves a class slot for him.
Add Enquiry (to Subscriber)
A thank-you message is sent to enquirer when added.
Add Enquiry (to Owner)
A confirmation message is sent to owner when a new enquiry is added
Add Receipt
An automated payment receipt is sent via the selected channel whenever you add received payment. You can preview the receipt that will be sent while enabling this option.
Add Performance
An automated message is sent to the parents via the selected channel whenever performance is marked for a subscriber. It contains the link to view the performance report.
Add Renewal
An automated message is send to the subscriber whenever his plan is renewed after plan’s expiry date
Birthday Wishes
An automated message is send to the subscriber on his birthday.You can preview the birthday message that will be sent while enabling this option.
