Automatic Payment Reminders

Enable multiple automatic payment reminders via SMS, email and app notifications to avoid delayed payments.

  1. Go to Settings and click on Reminders tab.
  2. Enable ‘Send pending payment reminder to Client’.
  3. Further select channel to send reminder- SMS, email and spyn CONNECT app.
  4. Enter the number of days after which the reminder is to be sent.
  5. Finally, click on SAVE to make changes.
  6. You may add multiple reminders by clicking on ADD ANOTHER button.

If you have allowed online payments, a payment link will be sent with the message for hassle-free payment.
