Assign Tags to Enquiries

Use tags to categorize and track the source or nature of your enquiries. For example, if an enquiry came from Facebook, you can assign a “Facebook” tag to easily identify and filter such leads later.
Tagging enquiries helps improve lead tracking and marketing analysis.

Step-by-Step: How to Assign a Tag

1. Go to Enquiries
From the 🏠 Home page, click on Quick Actions and navigate to Enquiries.
Locate the enquiry you want to tag.

2. Click the Three Dots Menu (⋮)
On the right-hand side of the enquiry, click the ⋮ (three dots) icon.

3. Select “Assign Tag”
From the dropdown menu, click Assign Tag.

4. Choose or Create a Tag
Select an existing tag from the list and click ADD.
If your desired tag doesn’t exist, type the new tag name and click ADD to create and assign it.

✅ Additional Notes

  • You can add multiple tags to a single enquiry.
  • Tags help you filter and sort enquiries efficiently based on source, interest, or campaign type.

🔍 Filter Enquiries by Tag
Once tags are assigned, use the filter option on the Enquiries page to view enquiries by a specific tag (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Walk-in, Referral, etc.).
