How to Delete Your Business Account

  1. Request Account Deletion: To delete your business account, simply send an email to support@spyn.co requesting account deletion. Our support team will assist you promptly.
  2. Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all data associated with your business account will be permanently removed. This includes any files, settings, and preferences specific to your account.
  3. Staff Accounts: While your business account will be deleted, the accounts of staff members (users) you’ve added will remain unaffected. Their access and data will persist.
  4. User Accounts Under Organizations: We do not offer an option to delete user accounts created under an organization. These accounts may have contributed to or modified organizational data, making it necessary to retain them for record-keeping purposes.
