Add Videos

1. Navigate to Video
On the Home page, click the + icon next to Videos in the Quick Actions section.

2. Set Video Visibility
Choose from the following options:

Everyone
All staff and clients can access and view the video.

Restricted

Staff: 

  • Admin Only: Only admins will have access; regular staff cannot.
  • Role-Based Staff: All staff members, including admins and those assigned specific roles, will have access.

Clients:

  • All: Every client can view the video.
  • Selected: Only specific clients from selected plans, classes, or individuals can view.
  • None: No clients will have access.

3. Select a Skill (Optional)
Choose a skill from the dropdown menu.
To add a new skill, go to Settings.

4. Select a Level (Optional)
Choose a level from the dropdown menu.
To add a new level, go to Settings.

5. Select Live Stream Option
Indicate whether the video is a live stream by selecting YES or NO.

  • Select YES for live-streamed videos.
  • Select NO for pre-recorded videos.

6. Set Availability Dates (Optional)
Enter the From and Up To dates to control when the video is visible to staff and clients.

7. Review Creator Information
The name of the staff member uploading the video will be displayed automatically.

8. Add Link Details

  • YouTube Videos: Only YouTube links can be added here.
  • Other App Videos: You can also include video links from Facebook, Instagram, etc.

9. Add Tags (Optional)
Add tags to help categorize and organize the video content.
Tags improve searchability and make content easier to manage.
