Activate/Deactivate Class

If you do not conduct a particular class anymore, you can deactivate it so that the class is not available for enrollment. After deactivation, it won’t be visible on the spyn Connect page nor will it be available for new subscribers. Clients added to the class won’t be auto-renewed when their subscription ends.

Reactivate a deactivated class whenever you resume conducting it for your academy.

Class Deactivation

1. On the Home Page, under Quick Actions, click on the Classes menu to open the class details page.
2. Move the cursor on the class to be deactivated and click on the ⋮ icon.
3.  Select  Deactivate Class from the dropdown list 
4. Press YES on the dialogue box to confirm.

Your selected class is now deactivated and visible under the Inactive tab.

Class Activation

1. On the Home Page, under Quick Actions, click on the Classes menu to open the class details page.
2. Then, click on the Inactive tab to bring up all the deactivated classes.
3. Move the cursor on the class to be activated and click on the ⋮ icon.
4.  Select  Activate Class from the dropdown list 
5. Press YES on the dialogue box to confirm

Your selected class is now activated and visible under the Active tab.
