A system user receives notifications if enabled in app notifications
- send important messages like renew subscriber’s plan, add pending dues etc to system users
- You may decide to send automated messages to system users when you select any particular action
To enable app notifications
- Go to settings and select “App Notifications”
- Tick the checkbox for the action you want to send notification for.
- Click on Save
