🎁 Creating Offers & Discount Coupons in Bookings Pro
Use the Add Offer button to create coupon codes that attract new clients, boost retention, and promote special deals.
🧾 Coupon Details
- Coupon Code* – Enter your promo code (e.g., HAPPY50)
- Valid For – Choose who the coupon applies to:
- All
- Facility-wise
- Center-wise
- Show to Buyer – Show this code on the online booking page?
- Yes / No
💸 Transaction Conditions
- Transaction Amount – Leave blank to apply on any amount
- Minimum Amount – Minimum spend required to use the code
- Maximum Amount – Max spend for code to apply
- Discount Type – Choose between:
- Fixed Amount (e.g., ₹200 off)
- Percentage (e.g., 10% off)
- Discount* – Enter the value (e.g., ₹500 or 20%)
🗓️ Coupon Validity
- Valid From / To – Set a date range when the coupon can be used
- Valid on Specific Days – Choose applicable weekdays (e.g., Mon, Wed, Fri)
⚙️ Coupon code conditions
- For First-Time Clients Only
- Limit per Client – Max times a client can use the code
- Global Limit – Max total redemptions across all clients
📝 Display Info
- Description – Short explanation of the offer
- Terms & Conditions – Add any usage policies or restrictions
- Click on save
💡 Tip: Use expiry dates and client limits to create urgency and control usage.
🎚️ Activating or Deactivating Offers
On the Offers page, each coupon has a toggle switch that appears when you hover over it.
- Toggle ON – Coupon is active and can be used by clients
- Toggle OFF – Coupon is deactivated and hidden from clients
💡 Use the toggle to quickly enable or disable seasonal or limited-time offers.
⋮ More Actions (Three-Dot Menu)
Click the three-dot icon (⋮) next to any offer to manage it:
- Edit – Update the coupon details or conditions
- Send Message – Promote the offer via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Connect App
- Delete – Permanently remove the coupon
💡 Use Send Message to notify your clients when a new offer goes live.
