On editing a subscription, you can update the Plan and Class if required. You may also modify the subscription duration, including the Start Date, End Date, and Due Date (in case the payment is still pending).
Note: that for paid subscriptions, changes to the Plan, Discount, or Tax (if already applied) are not allowed.
To change the class from one to another class for any subscription:
- Find the Client: Go to the Client Listing page (accessible via Quick Actions).
- Select the Student: Click on the name of the client whose class you wish to update.
- Open Subscription Settings: Navigate to the Plan tab. Locate the active subscription and click the three-dot menu (options) next to it.
- Edit Subscription: Select Edit Subscription from the dropdown menu.
- Switch the Class: In the edit window, select the new class you wish to assign to this plan (Classes under that plan will be shown) and Save your changes.
Important Note: When switching a student from one class to another, all existing attendance records of the original class will remain.
