Class Enrollment Report
The Classwise Client Enrollment Report shows how many clients have renewed their class enrollments and the method they used to renew — automatically or manually. This report helps you understand client retention trends, improve follow-ups, and plan your future class schedules more effectively.
You can customize the report using:
- Date Range Picker – Select a time period using the calendar (e.g., “This Month”, “Custom Range”)
- Center Dropdown – Choose a specific location or branch if your organization has multiple centers
📊 What This Report Includes
- Class
The name of the class (e.g. Yoga Beginners, Football Advanced). - Enrolled
Number of clients currently enrolled in the class. - Auto-Renewal
Clients whose enrollment was renewed automatically. - Manual Renewal
Clients who manually renewed their subscription or package. - Total
Combined number of auto and manual renewals. - Didn’t Renew
Clients who did not renew after their plan expired.
