1. Navigate to Videos
From the Home page, click the + icon next to Videos in the Quick Actions section.
2. Choose the Video to Assign a Tag
Hover your cursor over the video you wish to tag.
3. Open the Assign Tag Menu
Click the three-dot (⋮) icon on the right-hand side of the video tile and select Assign Tag from the dropdown menu.
4. Select or Create a Tag
- From the List: Select a desired tag from the available list and click Add.
- Create a New Tag: If the tag doesn’t exist, type the new tag name in the field and click Add.
➕ Add Multiple Tags
You can assign multiple tags to each video to enhance searchability and organization.
- Open the video you wish to assign multiple tag
- Locate the “assign Tags” field.
- Type a relevant tag and press Enter or Return.
- Repeat the process to add as many tags as needed.
Example: For a tutorial video, you might add tags like Tutorial, Beginner, Warm-up.
🔍 Filter Videos by Tags
Make locating videos quick and seamless by using the tag filter feature.
📂 How to Filter:
- Navigate to the Videos section.
- Use the search bar or tag filter dropdown.
- Select the desired tag(s) to display only videos with those labels.
🎯 This is especially useful when managing large libraries or organizing videos by topic, department, or content type.
