You can quickly add an enquirer as a subscriber.
- On the Home page, under Quick Actions, click on Enquiries
- Select the enquirer who wishes to join your academy
- Then, Click on the Add Client icon on the top Right
- Add Client page will open with all their entered enquiry data pre-filled
- Enter the other details and click on ADD
On adding a new subscriber, a confirmation email is sent to them. Once they click on the confirmation button in the email, they will start receiving email notifications.
For subscribers to download and use a mobile app, a download URL (getapp.spyn.co) and verification code is sent to them. They need to enter the code in the app to start viewing their plan, transactions, messages, and performance reports.
For Desktop, they can open the Subscriber login page and enter the code to create their account.
