📊 Business Metrics Dashboard

The Business Metrics Dashboard in SpynPRO is a powerful visual tool that helps you monitor your organization’s overall health. It brings together key performance indicators (KPIs), real-time metrics, and essential data points — enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

By default, the dashboard shows today’s data, but you can use the duration dropdown to select a specific date or range.

🧮 Key Metric Cards

The dashboard includes five core metric cards, each offering a snapshot of daily operations:

1. 👥 Clients

Track all clients and subscription-related metrics:

MetricWhat It Means
Active SubscriptionsTotal number of subscriptions active on the selected date (includes duplicates if a student has more than one).
Active ClientsStudents currently enrolled and participating.
Newly JoinedStudents whose first subscription starts on the selected date.
Newly AddedStudents added to the system on the selected date (joining date may be different).
RenewedSubscriptions renewed yesterday, where the start date of the renewal is today.
Not RenewedSubscriptions that ended yesterday and have not been renewed.
StoppedStudents whose subscriptions were stopped.
Churn RatePercentage of clients lost on the selected day.

Churn Rate Formula:
Let:

A = Total no. of clients in the selected period that weren’t renewed
B = Total no. of clients who stopped their subscription
C = Total no. of clients during the selected period incl a day before

Churn rate % = ((A + B) / C) × 100%
= ((0 + 0) / 0) × 100%

2. 📞 Enquiry

Understand how effectively you’re converting new leads:

Conversion Rate Formula:
A = No. of leads converted to clients
B = Total leads
Conversion Rate % = (A / B) × 100%

3. 🏦 Revenue

Get a quick summary of your financial performance:

ExpenseTotal business costs — e.g., rent, salaries, subscriptions — entered in the Expenses module.
Net IncomeIncome minus Expenses.
MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)Projected monthly revenue based on current subscriptions.

MRR Calculation Example:

MRR=300+180+75=$555\text{MRR} = 300 + 180 + 75 = \$555MRR=300+180+75=$555

Only clients active on the selected date are included.

4. 💳 Transactions

Manage invoices and payments:

Cash ReceivedPayments received in cash only.

5. 📅 Attendance

Monitor class participation and staff activity:

Students Present %= (Present Students / Total Marked) × 100. Example: (95 / 126) × 100 = 75.40%
Staff PresentNumber of staff members marked present.
SessionsCalculated as:
(Scheduled + Rescheduled-In – Cancelled – Rescheduled-Out)
Example: 23 + 0 – 0 – 0 = 23 Sessions
