The Trial Conversion Report in SpynPRO helps you track how many trial clients successfully convert into regular enrollments. This gives you a clear view of how effective your trial sessions are and where to focus follow-up efforts to improve conversions. You can download this report using the Download button to analyze performance, share with your team, or follow up with unconverted leads.

You can customize the report using the following dropdowns:

• Duration Dropdown
  Choose from preset ranges like:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This Month
  • Last Month
  • Next Month
  • Custom Date Range
• All Classes

📊 What This Report Includes

• Total Trial
  The total number of clients who were scheduled for a trial session.
• Attended
  Number of clients who actually showed up for the trial session.
• Enrolled
  Number of clients who enrolled in a plan or class after their trial.
• Not Converted
  Clients who attended a trial but did not enroll afterward.

🧩 Filter Panel (Plan, Skill, Center)

Use the filter section to narrow down data based on:

• Plan – e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, etc.
• Skill – if classes are grouped by skill level (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate)
• Center – for businesses with multiple branches

💡 Tip: Combine dropdown and filter selections to get very specific insights — like conversions for a beginner yoga plan at your West Center last month.
