On the Renewals page, you will find a comprehensive list of clients, including their Name, Plan, Classes, End Date, and Receivable amount. Additionally, the page displays the Renewal Date and the date from which the Renewal is auto-scheduled. From this interface, you have the option to manually renew subscriptions or take various actions such as Stop, Cancel, Edit, Pause, and Extend.
During the renewal process, you can modify details such as the preferred plan, start date, and any applicable discounts. Furthermore, you have the option to enable Auto-Renewal when creating a plan. For recurring subscription plans, such as Monthly plans, it is advisable to enable auto-renewal, as subscribers typically expect seamless renewals. Conversely, for plans like summer camps that occur annually, it is recommended to disable auto-renewal.
Clients enrolled in plans with auto-renewal enabled will have their subscriptions automatically renewed on the specified end date. If a client decides not to continue their subscription, you can easily disable auto-renewal from either the client list or the renewal page. This action ensures that even if they are part of a plan with auto-renewal enabled, their subscription will not be renewed, and their name will be removed from the renewal list.
